Chef Nino takes his kids Ty and Cia and his two junior assistants, Miggy and Yumi to Ocean Park where the kids enjoy the sights and underwater creatures. While the kids roam around the park, Chef Nino prepares a mouth-watering, Middle Eastern-inspired feast composed of Grilled Pita Bread, Beef Kebab in Lemongrass Skewers, White Bean Dip Hummus, Grilled Vegetable Salsa and Fruit Kebabs.

The lessons for parents in this episode includes how to prepare grilled goodies inside the kitchen or house and how to introduce to kids and make them enjoy the different flavors of the world, and in this episode, kids will surely enjoy the Middle Eastern dishes that Chef Nino prepared.

Each one of us has our own way of helping the victims of typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng. In this episode, Daddylicious made its share by feeding evacuees and flood victims in Brgy. Jesus de la Pena, Marikina City. Plus, Chef Nino, together with his daughters Cy and Tia and his Junior Assistants Miggy and Yumi prepared special recipes made from canned goods and noodles, so that even during rainy days, parents can serve delicious and sumptuous meals to their family like Sardine Lomi, Luncheon Meat Fried Rice and Corned Beef with Cabbage and Potatoes.

Finally, after five weeks of going through a summer cooking workshop, Chef Nino's young apprentices, Yumi and Miggy are ready to cook on their own. For the culmination of Daddylicious' Kids Summer Cooking Workshop, witness Miggy and Yumi cook their very first dish -Pureed Carrot Soup. Wearing their very own chef jackets and looking like professional chefs, Yumi and Miggy work hard preparing and cooking their dishes. Will their carrot soup pass the judges tastes? Find out as Daddylicious invites special guests,Mommy Gidget and daughter Karel, who is a picky eater, to judge the dishes. Also invited are Yumi and Miggy's parents and Chef Nino's daughters, Cy and Tia. Aside from the carrot soup, Miggy and Yumi also make Squid Escabeche and Bibingka Souffle. A graduation ceremony follows where Chef Nino presents Yumi and Miggy with certificates of completion, individual kitchen tool boxes, starter kits and of course, their very own toques.

Experience cooking with different flavours and tastes this week on Daddylicious' Kids Summer Cooking Workshop at the Oceana Restaurant at the Mall of Asia Complex. Chef Nino's young apprentices learn more about the five basic tastes - sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami - plus a crash course on different flavour enhancers such as herbs and spices. Enjoy the "blind tasting" activity where Yumi and Miggy identify flavours and ingredients using only their palate. Plus have fun watching them act out the tastes of different food items with weird flavour combinations. See Miggy and Yumi as they improve their handling of food as they assist Chef Nino in cooking four flavourful dishes - Garlicky Pineapple Pork, Baked Fish with Spices, Herby Chicken Lettuce Cups and Coconut Panna Cotta.

In this episode, Yumi and Miggy, Chef Nino's young apprentices are now ready to do some real kitchen work. After a short trip to Farmers Market's fresh produce area, Chef Nino brings the two kids to the CCA Kitchen at the Farmers Market. There, the kids learn more about cleanliness when working inside the kitchen and they are also introduced to one of the most important kitchen skills: handling the knife. After the lesson on knife skills, which include different techniques of slicing, Miggy and Yumi once again take a lesson on meat cuts, this time focusing on pig meat as all dishes will be using pork as a common ingredient. The dishes are Vigan Longganisa and Tuyo Ceasar Salad, Spaghetti and Pineapple Meatballs and Pork Steaks with Mushrooms and Potato-Apple Mash.
