Aileen Anastacio
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Aileen Anastacio has been producing heavenly desserts ever since she came back from a stint at San Francisco's La Nouvelle Patisserie. She presides over Goodies 'n Sweets, a bakeshop cum cafe that sells some of the metro's best cakes. Apart from managing her gourmet catering company C'est Si Bon Corp., she also pens books including her latest, The Flavored Cup.
