If I were to rank, I consider the personality as my first because the totality of the person gives me a good and comfortable adjustments in life,maturity level in different aspects such as mental, emotional and spiritual also counts.The second is the age as long as the guy is not too young , followed by the career for waht kind of work he is able to provide for the family's needs which also reflects the salary of the man if he is ready for the responsibility to handle financial matters for his loved ones.And the last one is the looks, I am not so much into handsome faces nor very appealing guy, but I am more into presentable or neat guys, I mean real guys! happy day !

I feel like career and salary are nearly the same thing so I would rank it as personality first, career +salary second, looks third, and age last.

In my own opinion, 20s ladies are still on a post-teen idealism. We still see looks as our first requirement BUT..the guy has to have a good career, too.
Like in my case, I have to know where and what his work is.
