Dark Chocolate Surprise


Surprise your family by making this delicious and chocolate-y treat!

Ingredients for the chocolate butterflies/chocolate tulip cup:
10 pieces balloons
500 grams dark chocolate
200 grams white chocolate

Directions:
1. Drizzle white chocolate on the melted dark chocolate.
2. Dip the balloon in the chocolate.
3. Place the balloon on a cookie sheet, refrigerate until set
4. Pop the balloon to remove it from the chocolate cup.

Ingredients for the chocolate mousse:
12 ounces dark chocolate, melted
2 ounces. orange liqueur
7 egg yolks
5 ounces honey
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
toffee chips

Directions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate, set aside.
2. Whisk over a double boiler the egg yolks, honey and orange liqueur until slightly thick.
3. Fold the dark chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
4. Fold in the whipped heavy cream and the toffee chips
5. Pipe into the Chocolate Tulip cups
6. Decorate with dark chocolate and orange slices.
