Make this delicious French dessert at home with this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 cup liquid cream
2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons chocquick powder
3 pieces oatmeal crisps or coconut crisps
1 container strawberries/raspberries, fresh
liquid cream, decor
strawberry/raspberry sauce, decor
Procedure:
1. In a bowl of an electric mixer, whip the cream to soft peaks, then add the confectioner's sugar. Whip to stiff peaks then on fold in the chocquick powder.
2. Place in a piping bag with a round tip and set aside.
3. To assemble: Pour enough cream to cover the plate, about 1/4 c and allow to spread out evenly.
4. Place 1 pc. of the cookie on the center.
5. Pipe mounds of whipped cream around the cookie, starting from the edge of the circle going inward to the center.
6. Place sliced strawberries or raspberries over, then top with another layer of the cookie.
7. Repeat process then top with the third cookie.
8. Pipe one mound of cream on the center and garnish with a sliced strawberry or raspberry.
9. To decorate, place sauce in a squeeze bottle and squeeze out dots of the sauce around the plate. Using a toothpick, drag over the sauce to create a design on the plate.
