There is another question though: when do you get these wedding favors?

There are several things to consider before ordering and purchasing: 1) Should the wedding favors be ordered way in advance from the supplier? And 2) When will the guest list be finalized?

These should be taken into consideration right after you decide what wedding favor to give.

Here are some tips on choosing the perfect wedding favor depending on the couple’s taste, style, theme, and of course, budget.

Be practical: Favors like wine bottle stoppers, notebooks, and pens are wonderful ideas. These are not discarded easily because your guests will actually use them.

Anything consumable will be a big hit: Mini wine bottles, bottled gourmet sauces, flavored candies, mini-cakes, and cookies in fancy boxes are examples. Tea bags with an inspiring message are a good idea too. These can be placed in fancy containers that can also double as a table centerpiece.

Make it stylish and functional: Printed linens like handkerchiefs, mini-towels, and stationery are decorative and useful.

Go green: Potted orchids and herbs will be appreciated. Pots can be painted to match the color motif of the wedding.
