WMN Stylist Series: Garovs Garovillo

Stylists are fashion machines churning out one great outfit after the other. You’ve seen their work splashed on TV, billboards and publications. But what do they wear when they're not dressing up clients?

Other stylists featured in the series:
Jasmine Mendiola
Pam Quinones
Jenni Epperson

1. What is your personal style?
“I like to wear big tops and bottoms with graphic designs, and illustrations and patterns that don't match."

2. What’s your trademark style?
“I usually borrow clothes from designers and stores who are not yet big in business that I think will be big in the future because of their passion and talent. I tend to go for monochromatic with subtle contrast colors; sexy, funny, and 'cool' artist looks."

3. What do you usually wear to work?
“I like to wear loose bottoms, shirts, high socks, and hi cut Reeboks/Doc Martens. The reason behind this is me trying to preempt the future heat, mud, puddles, itchy grass and mosquitoes that could be very distracting while shooting (on location)."

Heart is the soul of Garovs’ fashion philosophy:
