Bad Hair Day Begone!
Women have toyed, chopped, dyed, and even damaged their crowning glory because of vanity or varying emotional states. Loved Victoria Beckham's iconic bob and thought it was perfect for you? Unfortunately, after getting the cut, you just wanted to smash the mirror that reflected your image. What's a woman to do?

Tokyo P.O.S.H. (Put On Styled Hair) is the answer to your prayers. A pioneer in the country, they provide clip-on hair extensions that transform your hair. “Unlike most extensions, these do not involve weaving, sewing, braiding or gluing. They're simply clipped on, given a toss and a shake or some finger-combing, and they're all set," shares owner Denise Aquino.
Tokyo P.O.S.H. products use only high quality synthetic fiber from Japan, giving it a more natural look and feel compared to conventional wigs and salon hair extensions. Currently, they carry styled extensions, half wigs, clip-on ponytails, and clip-on bangs.

Crowd favorites have been the Denise Hair Extensions (P2,400), the Dawn Hair extensions (P2,400), and the versatile and easy to use Put on Ponytails (P1,500 - P1,700). It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to use and maintain these extensions, but they need to be treated with care just like real hair.
To clean the hair:
- Comb gently to remove tangles, then turn inside out.
- Add a cap of any mild shampoo to cold water, and soak for five minutes.
- Swirl gently without rubbing.
- Rinse thoroughly in a basin of clean water.
- Blot with towel to remove excess water.
While hair is still wet:
- Do not rub, wring, twist, brush, or comb it.
- Turn right side out again and place directly on a drying stand.
- Spritz thoroughly with any leave-on conditioner. Do not rinse out.
- Air dry at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
- Never use heat on synthetic hair in an attempt to dry it faster.
When dry:
- Simply shake the hair out to "wake" the style again, then comb into desired look.
- Do not brush curly synthetic hair-finger style or use a pick comb instead.
Say adieu to costly salon trips for rebonding, perming, as well as hair repair treatments caused by chemical damage. In a sense, using these clip-on extensions translates to a healthier head of hair. In addition to this, you can try out numerous hairstyles without fear of the long term commitment to only one style.
Have long hair today, short hair tomorrow; endure wavy hair days and layered straight hair days the next. The possibilities are endless.
The dream of opening a store is fast becoming a reality. In the next couple of months, Denise will be launching a bigger and better Tokyo P.O.S.H., making it one step closer to everyone.
