Gumpaste Decoration for Cakes


Make cakes extra special by designing it with this recipe for gumpaste decoration!

Ingredients:
450 grams powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Ferna Unflavored Gelatin
1/3 cup water

Directions:
1. Bloom gelatin in cold water. Melt over simmering water or microwave until clear.
2. Mix with the powdered sugar and wrap in plastic wrap. Use the next day.
3. Cover a 9 inch cake with ready fondant.
4. Add on any extra decorations of your choice.
