Chocolate Ice Cream in Strawberry Molds


This cold, sweet treat is a great dessert to make ahead of time!

Ingredients:
2 packs strawberry gulaman
900 milliliters water
10 scoops chocolate ice cream
Chocolate syrup
Cherries

Directions:
1. Bring to boil gulaman and water over medium fire with constant stirring.
2. Once boiling, continue cooking at low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Make sure not to over fill the mixture but it should be leveled at the tip of the bowl.
4. Once it sets, scoop out the center [the middle part] of the gulaman to form a bowl.
5. Remove the molded gulaman from [into] its mold. Serve in a platter.
6. Scoop some chocolate ice cream. Top with cherries and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
7. Serve immediately.
